The hotel is conveniently close to the center of town, making it easy to access everything. It is not too busy, yet not far from the market and bus station. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms on the external terrace are perfect. You can even enjoy the wonderful view from the restaurant and even in bed. The breakfast with a view over some of the rice fields of Sapa is a great way to start the day.

Nothing could have been better.

We were pleasantly surprised by the stunning views from our room at Cat Cat View. The mountains and valley were a breathtaking sight to wake up to every morning. The breakfast served on the terrace was delicious, and the atmosphere was so peaceful and serene. The staff, especially a lovely lady, were very caring and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even offering ginger tea and garlic wine when I wasn't feeling well. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel for a lovely experience in Sa Pa.

During my xmas stay at this hotel, I really enjoyed the stunning views of the surrounding hills from my room and from the common areas. The location of the hotel was also great, as it was conveniently situated near many interesting tourist spots. the staff were very helpful and accommodating.
